I just flipped thru my blog site my last post seemed to be some two years back, and this realization dawned how come I missed on so much. I have been writing on this favourite place of mine because it is been a platform to express myself thru words and it satisfies my intellectual bent to some extent.
There are several activities connected to our daily lives and one is always running thru them, loosing mind, soul and time so to escape that ordeal, I have choosen few getaways thru which i rejuvenate my soulful hunger for diveneful joy and inner peace. one of them is Cooking Food, not for myself but for others that includes my family and friends. Hosting a grand meal to the people I love, has always given me an opportunity to learn, experience and grow with the food. It does not tire me or make me grumpy at all, Adventuring into classy options can be done more so with flavours of spices, condiments and sauces with a touch of glamour quotient in whole of this presentation.
When you indulge in exploring new recipes within the boundaries of your likes and dislikes, it marks limited options but any good cook can always make a good meal out of left over things available in the kitchen. He or she will not necessarily push the panic button but use their skills in getting things right. One can treat whole lot of people with sheer intelligence, dedication and fervour.
The intelligent quotient to add to your adventure cooking is not to reveal secret ingredients being used in the well presentable platter of food. The best thing is to ask diners to explore the adventures of all that has been offered to them thus thereby; initiating them for more inquisitiveness, this makes it more interesting and it lets out people to talk about and be critic about the food served to them. we call it Table Talk. My biggest acheivement if anyone say with full heart; Wow.. This is a blessing....
Cooking needs lot of heart in all of it, it lets us the genius in you, it represents the patience, the exuberance, excellence and divineful soul of the person and the appetite for more just grows bigger and bigger..... more to come
